CITY OF OAKWOOD COMMUNITY CENTER

If you are looking for a place to hold a meeting, gathering of family, friends or associates, we have a building available for rental that accommodates 50 people. It has a complete kitchen with island, restroom, 9 tables and chairs.

City of Oakwood Community Center Rental Fee

• City of Oakwood Residents: $275.00 ($100.00 refundable deposit) all day session (10am-8pm) Effective 8/9/22
• Non-City Residents: $325.00 ($100.00 refundable deposit) all day session (10am-8pm) Effective 8/9/22

CANCELLATION BY LESSEE: Failure to notify the management of cancellation of a reservation at least one week (7 business days) prior to the rental date shall result in forfeiture of any fees paid.

DEPOSIT REFUND: IF a request for a refund is made at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled date, a full refund will be made  LESS a 20% service charge. If the request is made less than seven business days before the scheduled date, a full refund will be made LESS a 50% service charge.

***SPLASH PAD OPENS ON THE WEEKEND OF MEMORIAL HOLIDAY IN MAY & CLOSES AFTER LABOR DAY  HOLIDAY***

City of Oakwood Splash Pad Rental Fee (Private 2 hour rental from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, Tuesday - Sunday)

• 1 to 100 people: $100.00

Note: The Splash Pad coin machine does not provide/give cash change but only tokens. Please bring exact change.

Adults are Free to watch their child or children.

• Per Child: $3.00
• Individual Season Pass - $50.00
• Family Season Pass - $100.00
• Party pass in conjunction with Community Center Rental (up to 50 people): $75.00

SPLASH PAD HOURS: Tuesday to Saturday - 11am - 6pm, Sunday - 1pm - 6pm. Closed on Monday.

Once school starts (to be announced), it will be opened on the weekend only through Labor Day Holiday. The Splash Pad will be closed after Labor Day Holiday and will re-open on Memorial Holiday weekend in May.
